We recommend to quarantine any fish you get before putting it with your other fish. The fish could get sick due to stress from shipping. You also shouldn’t purchase any fish unless you have a proper tank that is cycled and ready for fish to be put in. It is also most important that you do proper research before buying a fish.

What about shipping and refunds?

Shipping is included with the price of the product. Shipping averages around 1-3 days depending on where you live. We only allow refunds if the product arrives dead on arrival, (DOA). Customer must send proof of the DOA to be able to refund the fish.
